The January 2025 Palisades Fire destroyed more than 6,800 homes and buildings across the Palisades and western Malibu, and Pacific Palisades is now one of the largest rebuild sites in Southern California. Cleared lots in the Alphabet Streets, the Highlands, Marquez Knolls and along the Castellammare bluffs are turning back into foundation and framing work, and the first rebuilt homes have already earned their certificates of occupancy. JW Enterprises supplies Palisades rebuild crews with porta potties, hand washing stations, and temporary power — generator and power distribution setups for lots still waiting on permanent utility service — with weekly servicing for the life of the project. 75-plus years on the California coast.
